    WeCare is more than just community access.

    Our programs are designed to provide socially supportive experiences where participants can build confidence, connection and independence through exciting outings, mentoring and real-world community experiences alongside like-minded peers.

    We focus on creating environments that feel engaging, age-appropriate and genuinely enjoyable- helping participants feel comfortable, included and excited to be part of the community.

  • Is WeCare an NDIS Registered Provider?

    Yes, WeCare is an NDIS Registered Provider.

    We Support Participants who are NDIS Agency Managed, Plan Managed, NDIS Self-Managed and Privately funded.

  • What is the Difference Between your Social Clubs & Your Events?

    Our Social Clubs run fortnightly for participants signed up with WeCare.

    Our themed Social Events run monthly and are designed to bring people together outside the routine of structured programs, making it easier to meet like-minded participants and feel part of a larger community. Keep an eye out for our events on our Eventbrite & Humanitix pagewhere we publish our events.

  • Do you provide Transport?

    Yes, we provide a pick up and drop off service for participants within our local service areas of the North Shore & Northern Beaches for our social club programs.

    If you are outside our local service areas we organise a third party transport company to pick up and drop off our participants to our programs and events or participants can meet us directly at the outing venue.

  • What if I'am a participant outside your local areas, can I still join?

    Of course! We wouldn’t want you to miss out. Despite our local service areas being the North Shore & Northern Beaches, our activities run throughout the Sydney Region.

    If you are outside our local service areas we will organise a third party transport company to pick up you up and drop off to our programs and events.

  • How Do I get started?

    If you are a participant or family member, simply contact us on 0477 191 563 or complete our contact, we will book in a meeting within a 24 hours, to discuss your goals, interests and support needs and match you with the right social club.
