WeCare is a NDIS registered provider delivering exceptional social inclusion programs for kids, teens and young adults across Sydney, with a strong and trusted presence on the North Shore and Northern Beaches.

WeCare was created to raise the standard. We recognised that friendships aren’t formed by accident- it happens when support is intentionally designed. By thoughtfully bringing together participants of similar age, abilities and interests, we make meaningful connection easier and more authentic. Each experience is intentionally designed to nurture social confidence and life skills incorporated seamlessly into our unique and engaging outings & activities.
