WeCare was created to raise the standard. We recognised that friendships aren’t formed by accident- it happens when support is intentionally designed. By thoughtfully bringing together participants of similar age, abilities and interests, we make meaningful connections easier and more authentic. Each experience is intentionally designed to nurture social confidence and life skills incorporated seamlessly into our unique and engaging outings & activities.
