WeCare is a NDIS registered provider specialising in delivering exceptional social experiences, mentoring and capacity building community supports for kids, teens, young adults and seniors across Sydney-supporting connections at every stage of life, with a strong and trusted presence on the North Shore and Northern Beaches.

WeCare was created to raise the standard. We understand that meaningful friendships, social confidence and community connection don’t happen by chance- they’re built through the right support and environment. By bringing together individuals of similar age, interests and support needs, we create socially supportive experiences that foster connection, confidence and life skills through engaging community outings and activities.

While many participants thrive in our boutique social groups, others benefit from more personalised 1:1 mentoring and community support focused on building confidence and engaging with the community at a pace that feels right for them.
