Not every social group needs to be loud to be meaningful. Quiet Connections was created for non-verbal participants who feel more comfortable in peaceful settings — where communication happens in all forms, friendships are gently built, and the pace is calm and steady.

From Sensory Nature Walks, to therapeutical animal visits, you will have fresh & creative activities each week. With complimentary transportation in our local service areas, we’ll pick you up and drop you off safely OR you have the option to meet us where our activities are held!

Thursdays are for the girls — and this one’s just for them. Our Ladies Social Group is a vibrant, supportive space created especially for young women with disabilities to relax, connect, and feel like they truly belong. From pamper days to jewellery making and creative self-care, each week is designed to bring joy, boost confidence, and build real friendships.

With complimentary transportation in our local service areas, we’ll pick you up and drop you off safely OR you have the option to meet us where our activities are held!

Fridays are for the boys! From thrilling golf days and sizzling BBQs to fresh, exciting events each week, every gathering encourages teamwork, conversation, and fun in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Running every second Saturday, Adventure Club is designed for kids who love to explore, make friendships, try new, innovative activities from sailing to scavenger hunts, no two Saturdays are the same! With complimentary transportation in our local areas, we will pick you up and drop you off safely.
