We are an NDIS registered provider committed to transforming the traditional day program model. Our mission is to create innovative and engaging Social Clubs and Events for participants based on age, interest and abilities in the North Shore & Northern Beaches Region, where participants can build Friendships with like-minded individuals. We provide a welcoming environment that participants look forward to each week, offering them the choice and control to engage in activities that align with their interests.

Beyond our programs, WeCare has helped over 50+ participants from mild to complex cases secure NDIS plans, funding, and fought for equitable support. With Smaller Caseloads, Our Support Coordination Specialists take a personalised approach, guiding participants and their families through the entire NDIS process and work hard to help them achieve the best outcomes for their lives.
